Directions

Remove the wheel and tyre from the bike. Insert the new tube inside the tyre, ensuring it is not twisted. Partially inflate to help the tube seat correctly, then refit the tyre onto the rim. Inflate to the recommended pressure shown on the tyre sidewall.
